Free shipping within Poland. We ship via InPost, Orlen, or offer pickup in Łódź (contact us on Instagram to arrange). Full shipping details and updates can be seen on our Instagram highlights, or we can provide information directly via email or Instagram DM.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE

We only accept returns or exchanges in the rare case of a damaged or defective item. Customers are responsible for the cost of returning products if needed. Please check your items upon arrival and contact us immediately if there’s any issue.

    Orders within Poland are usually delivered within 2–5 business days through InPost or Orlen. You’ll receive updates via email or Instagram DM.

    Yes — personal pickup is available in Łódź. Please DM us on Instagram to arrange time and location.
